1. Operating mode.
   • Art-hostel “Two Geese”, open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Payment for accommodation and additional expenses. services

• Payment is made in Russian rubles for cash and non-cash payments according to the price list. Plastic payment cards “VISA”, “MasterCard”, “MIR” are accepted for payment.
• Upon check-in, you must pay for the entire period of stay at the art hostel, excluding prepayment (if available).

3. Documents for moving in.
   • Check-in at the art hostel is possible only with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a birth certificate for guests under 14 years of age. Guests of the art hostel who have a passport but under 18 years of age must have a notarized power of attorney from one of the parentspermitting their independent accommodation in the art hostel. li>
4. Accommodation conditions.

• Accommodation for children under 2 years old in separate rooms – free!
• Children under 6 years of age (inclusive) are impossible.
• Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Linen is changed: once every three days – in double and family rooms; once a week – in dormitory rooms. Towels are changed: once every two days – in double and family rooms; once every three days – in dormitory rooms.
• The art hostel cleans rooms and common areas once a day (from 12:00 to 14:00). Cleaning of bathrooms is carried out according to schedule throughout the day.
• The Art Hostel is intended for temporary accommodation of guests. The maximum possible period of stay is 90 calendar days.

5. House Rules
   • It is prohibited to eat in the rooms, a shared kitchen and dining area are available for meals;
   • It is prohibited to bring unauthorized persons into the art hostel, as well as to give them the keys to the room;
   • It is prohibited to store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, narcotic drugs, as determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
   • It is prohibited to rearrange furniture in rooms and public areas;
   • It is prohibitedto keep animals and birds;
   • It is prohibited to make noise or disturb other residents from 22:00 to 9:00;
   • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, except for specially designated places (information can be checked with the Administrator);
   • It is prohibited to consume alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks in all areas of the art hostel, and to be in the art hostel under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

6. Responsibility of the resident.
   • Moving around in the art hostel only wear slippers (changeable shoes). Outdoor shoes, regardless of the time of year, are stored on the ground floor in the entrance area.
   • Maintaining cleanliness in living rooms and public spaces: kitchen area, recreation area, dining area, bathroom, etc.
   • For the kitchen area – maintaining order, no dirty dishes (art hostel aboutsuitable for dishwashers);
   • Strict adherence to Fire Safety Rules;
   • Mandatory switching off of the main lighting at 23:00;
   • Caring for the property and equipment of the art hostel. In the event of loss or damage to the property of the art hostel “Two Geese”, their cost must be compensated according to the price list established by the Administration of the art hostel.
7. Additional information.

• For a group check-in of more than 4 people, the “Responsible Person” from the group mandatorilypays through the cashier a deposit, which ensures the safety of the art property hostel for the duration of the group’s stay, in the amount of 5,000 rubles in cash. At the end of the group’s stay, the deposit is returned,if there is no damage to the property of the art hostel.
• Art Hostel “Two Geese” is not responsible for the safety of money and valuables left unattended on the territory of the art hostel (including in a personal room). When leaving your room, please lock the door.
• If forgotten items are discovered, the Administration takes measures to return them. If the owner is not found, the Administration stores the forgotten items for 30 calendar days. The administration has the right to assign the costs of storing forgotten items and/or sending them to their owner.
• If a guest is absent from the place of residence for more than a day (according to the check-out time) without warning the Administration, the Administration has the right to create an inventory of the property of the absent guest and move it for storage, subsequently charging the guest payments for storage according to the price list, approved by the Administration of the art hostel. The administration takes all possible measures to find the guest and return forgotten items (at the expense of the guest).
• For damage to the property of the art hostel, a fine will be charged in the amount established by the Administration of the art hostel.
• The administration of the art hostel is not responsible for the operation of city communications (emergency shutdown of light, water, heat, etc.).
• The book of reviews and suggestions is kept by the Art Hostel Administration and is issued at the request of the guests.
• In cases not provided for by these rules, the administration of the art hostel and the guest are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Dear guests!

In case of fire in your room:

• Immediately report the incident to the fire department by phone 01 or 112
  specifying the address of the object, the floor that is lit and your last name;
• take all possible measures to eliminate the fire with the use of primary fire extinguishing means;
• if flame cannot be eliminated by yourself, leave the room and close the door without locking it;
• be sure to inform the administrator about the fire, about the occurrence of a fire;
• cover your nose and mouth with a handkerchief and clothes, as wet as possible;
• leave the danger zone, duck as low as possible, trying to get out of the building as quickly as possible;
• act on the instructions of the administration, the head or the fire brigade.

In case of a fire outside your room:

• immediately report the incident to the fire department by phone 01 or 112;
• if there is a fire in the building, and the door is closed in front of you, first touch the handle with the back of your hand, – if it is not hot, open the door and check if there is smoke or fire in the next room, then go through; if the door handle or the door itself is hot, – do not open it;
• leave your room after you close the windows and doors; if the corridors and stairwells are heavily smoky and it is impossible to leave the room, stay in your room with the windows wide open;
• a closed and well-sealed door can reliably protect you from dangerous temperatures, to avoid smoke poisoning, close the cracks and vents with water-soaked towels or bedding;
• with the arrival of firefighters at the scene, go to the window and give a sign for help, shouting at the same time should be only as a last resort, since you can suffocate from the smoke; it is best to wave an object or clothing out of the window.

In a situation where there were signs of a threat of hostage-taking:

• leave the danger zone immediately or hide;
• after hiding, wait for the terrorists to leave and leave the room at the first opportunity and leave;

• if you have a mobile phone, call the rescuers by phone “112”;
• cover your nose and mouth with a handkerchief and clothes, if possible wet;
• it is better to knock on pipes in order to attract the attention of rescuers, using for this purpose periods of stoppage in the operation of rescue equipment (“minutes of silence”);
• shout only when you hear the voices of rescuers – otherwise there is a risk of suffocating from dust;
• do not light a fire in any case;
• if a heavy object has pinned down a leg or arm, try to massage it to maintain blood circulation.

2. It is forbidden to use irons and electric boilers to heat water. An ironing board and an iron for ironing clothes are located on the second floor of the hostel.
3. When operating electrical installations, it is forbidden to:
   • пuse damaged sockets and other electrical installation products;
   • wrap electric heaters, electric lamps and lamps with paper, cloth and other combustible materials, as well as operate them with removed caps (diffusers);
   • use electric stoves;
   • use non-standard (homemade) electric heating devices.
4. In case of malfunctions in the operation of the room’s electrical appliances (crackling, sparks, the appearance of a burning smell, etc.), please immediately inform the administrator at the reception.
